Pictures In Android Phones Are Not safe

Just a few days ago NY times discovered that Android Smartphones allows 3rd party developers to access your device files (including photograph) without your permission (This permission is taken at the time of installing the app).

The same thing happens to iOS platform too but Android smartphones are in worse condition as apps in Android has the permission to connect to the internet any time.So photos at your Android Smartphone (or Tablet) can be accessed by any 3rd person with the use of a malware app and uploaded to a remote server without your knowledge.It’s not clear that whether there are ant existing app doing this or not, but there are huge probability of having that kind of apps.

Google says that the photos stored on SD card are safe as android is designed to secure photo files in your SD card.But they didn’t said anything about photos stored in your Phone memory.Google, on the other hand, says that it is considering a fix for the issue.
